Milpan koubou was founded in Germany in 2015.

First opened in Stuttgart.

With the moving to the United States in December 2018,

and under the influence of the COVID,

I gave up on the bread lesson classes once, but

With the support of family and friends,

I was able to restart the class in January 2023.

​

In the class, I would like to make use of the experience of living in Japan,

and Germany for 10 years, to explore cultures and general living in abroad.

I'm looking forward to

making bread and to be able to talk with you

For students returning to Japan from the United States

(Especially those returning to Kawasaki and Yokohama area)

For those who want to continue making bread after returning to Japan
