Lesson guide

♪ Classroom Information ♪

At Milpan Koubou, one type of bread is prepared for each lesson.

You will learn the whole process until baking.

Reservation is limited to 2 people, no admission fee,

All lessons are single booking.

If you are new to bread making, I recommend to start with the basic class.

Please contact us if you would like to bring children.

​

There are many "Online Requests", but Milpan Koubou prioritize in "in person lessons",

which enables students to learn things, which you cannot learn through screen better.

As a result, students ends up baking better bread.

We kindly ask to come along and join the class in person.

Please allow 3 hours for your visit. )​

If you wish to make a reservation as a single,

you may get paired up with someone else.

And as a result, your wish date may be turned down.

We appreciate your understanding.

Variety class $55

Advanced class $60

Event Class $63

School holidays class for kids and parent

Adults $40  Half price $20 for kids

(Includes recipe fee, bread tasting, tea, and bread to take home)

* Payment options; cash (on the day), Zelle or Venmo (advance payment)

If you need a receipt, please contact us by the day before.

Upon completion of your reservation, we notify the address of the bread workshop.

♪Cancel Policy♪

Lessons can be cancelled until 6pm of the previous day.

Cancellations past this time and no-shows will be charged in full amount.

If you feel unwell, please refrain from attending the class.
